Qualified operation
The renter is responsible for ensuring that equipment is used only by qualified operators and in accordance with manufacturer instructions, applicable laws, jobsite requirements, and safe operating practices.
Delivery and return
Delivery and pickup windows are estimates until confirmed. Extensions must be approved before the scheduled return and may be declined when another reservation is pending.
Condition and responsibility
Inspection, damage, loss, prohibited use, maintenance, fuel, cleaning, and return-condition responsibilities are governed by the signed rental agreement, not this website summary.
